Good Shepherd is a non-profit senior living community where we care deeply about each other. What We Do
Where volunteer opportunities are available: Becker, Sauk Rapids
Volunteers are required to: Perform a Background Check, Attend an Orientation, Complete an Application
Minimum hours required: 10
Sentence to Serve/Community Service volunteers accepted: No
One time volunteers accepted: Yes
Age Restrictions: Adults of any age. Students between the ages of 11 and 17 may volunteer during staff supervised activities and events. Children age 10 or younger must have a parent or adult with them as they volunteer.
Covid Requirements: Yes, ALL volunteers wear the required PPE. Currently, all staff, visitors, and volunteers wear a mask (we supply). Volunteers in the nursing home area must have proof of most current Covid booster. Volunteers in any area of our senior community must stay home when ill. Quarantine when necessary.
