Pet Visitor dogs and their handlers provide hospitality, conversation, care, and friendly visits to patients, visitors, and staff in our hospital. As a Pet Visitor team, you and your dog will be very popular; staff and patients alike love the visits.

This role is for you if you:
*Have a therapy dog certified through Pet Partners, Alliance of Therapy Dogs, or Helping and Healing Paws
*Want to contribute to patient healing
*Enjoy seeing the smiles a dog visit brings
*Want a flexible schedule of your choosing

What We Do
Where volunteer opportunities are available: Princeton
Volunteers are required to: Complete an Application | Perform a Background Check | Attend an Orientation | Complete Special Training
Minimum hours required: 100 hours throughout the lifetime of a volunteer's experience
Minimum age to volunteer is 15 years. Some positions require volunteers to be 18 years or older.
