Community-Based Mentoring
Community-based mentors are paired with a kid from their community with similar interests. The mentor (Big) and mentee (Little) meet up two to four times a month to build their relationship. They can take part in agency sponsored activities like craft nights, educational activities, or a bus to the Twins game, or they can do whatever activities both the Big and Little enjoy on their own time! Matches are expected to commit to one year of mentoring.
